Job Description

Key Responsibilities To manage, develop and implement company subsea inspection services, activities and infrastructure to ensure the development of the business is achieved in relation to the key objectives defined below. The role will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office, Malaysia. Candidates must have a sound knowledge of Subsea Inspection Industry Standards, current offshore inspection methodologies and experience with data management and storage • General o Overall Management of the Inspection Department in line with defined corporate business objectives; o Manage and develop direct reporting staff including training, appraisal, development; o Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets; o Development of the Inspection capabilities within the company Group; o Provide technical and operational support for inspection related tender submissions • Subsea Inspection o Management and development of the subsea inspection services undertaken by company including all offshore and onshore inspection personnel and operations; o Management and Interface with company Partner product lines, data processing and reporting, project structuring and execution; o Direct interface to customer base on all subsea inspection operations and reporting; o Interaction and assistance to sales activities relating to inspection services; o Implement and manage training plans on subsea inspection products for use by company; Requirement • 10 years relevant subsea Inspection experience • 5 years Management Experience • Knowledge of Subsea Inspection methodology including: o Data Capture o Data Management o Data Storage
